Having the Cobalt Business Exchange as my base has absolutely added value to my business. It blends perfectly it's formal, professional services and facilities with a flexible approach to working with tenants. Excellent
We needed an additional office space for a growing project team. After looking at a number of options we selected CBX on the basis of value for money and standard of facilities. I have found that apart from the excellent facilities, there is also an excellent level of service. I have found dealing with the CBX staff a pleasure.

Great Centre

A Fantastic Place to Work
I cannot recommend it highly enough. The office space is of a very high standard and the support of the friendly and professional centre staff is first class. Our business is growing and the CBX is flexible to accommodate our changing requirements. If you are looking for a new base I would urge you to visit CBX.

Highly Recommended
Located just off the A19 just 10 mins from Newcastle centra, this is a very professional building with excellent facilities. Manager very efficient, knowledgable and able to offer help. Fantastic!
