Great location, manned reception, monthly renewal terms, good prices
Monthly renewal terms, good rental value, access to monthly terms on phone line and internet. Nice building in a central location.

Review of tour
Very pleasantly surprised at the great location of this office for our needs. Very pleasant greeting and initial impression. Period property that retains good character. Parking and lack of network facilities are only negative points.

With reference to the technology and network facilities available within the building, we have taken David's comments onboard and have since upgraded our systems which has resulted in a better quality of communications throughout the business centre, and a much-improved user experience.

Listed property in a central location
This listed Georgian-built office oozes character and charm within Leicester's city centre. All amenities are nearby within a 2 minute walk to the main shopping area, along with great restaurants and wine bars nearby. Car parking is a bit limited, but the location means that many here use the excellent public transport available.
It's based within a historic, well positioned part of Leicester city centre and the business centre retains many original features such as a double stair case, coving, brick tiles and sash windows. It has a large foyer and entrance for visitors.
