office space right for the right company
Arrived early, first impressions were good as the location was excellent close to the city centre. Was given a tour and shown three different rooms, the first being the largest and the most expensive due to its potential for a small business with a workforce to accommodate. Next I saw a rented out room,furnished and decorated to a high standard, impressive and yet compact enough to be financially viable. The last room on the tour was the room most likely to suit a business startup and had room for two workers to work comfortably with lots of natural light and enough space to establish a base. Although not currently available, it was offered for me to consider in three months time when my business was more established and off the ground. The price was in my budget and I will now be looking for an incubator space in the interim.
