CHS New office comments
The office is well located and at an affordable price for a starter firm such as CHS. The staff here have all been very helpful. The 24 access is good for me, as I get most of my paperwork done after the phone stops ringing. During the recent hot spell, the lack of AC was a problem, but I have been given a portable ac unit at a small charge.
Best thing about this office: Affordable price and good location

Flexible approach
The centre is geared towards start-ups and small businesses, and they are keen to attract new business to the area. They have a flexible approach to leasing their space and will consider different license lengths, which makes it a viable option for start-ups.
Due to their variety of space (office, shop front and industrial) they also have a diverse group of clients. There are tradesmen lifts on-site and parking. Proximity to transport links and amenities is another positive - Tooting train station and Tooting Bec tube stations are just a short walk away.
