Tour
I was greeted very professionally and offered tea/coffee. I had a good chat to the centre manager who gave me a full run down of what was available and costs. The office was spacious and it was ideal for what I needed. There was good communal areas and meeting rooms that can be hired for a daily rate. The offices are clean and secure. The downside is parking in the multi story. Although this is a city location and the centre manager has negotiated a good price for parking I felt that for staff who have to visit the office for about 1 - 2 hour or so sometimes 2x week this would put them off. Overall however a very positive visit

Tour review
First impressions were not the best, though reception is in good order and the upstairs office are more impressive. Very good options and flexibility offered by the manager here also.

Friendly, helpful staff
The building is entrally located across from the ancient Jewry Wall - Leicester's oldest building remains. The offices provide space over 4 floors from 150 to 1000 sq ft. Mandie and her staff are friendly and very helpful - they have companies of all sizes and maintain great interaction with all of their clientel here - they seem to cater for each one perfectly.
The offices are large and competitively priced with excellent meeting room facilities. It's in a good location in the city centre, next to a multistorey NCP where they get deals and also a Holiday Inn, and is within a 2 minute walk of all of Leicester's main shopping areas, restaurants and bars.
