Famous address
Excellent location, close to Green Park, Green Park Station and opposite the Ritz. The address is one of the most famous in London. Fantastic restaurants and bars in the area. The property has a very classy reception area, and the halls are nicely decorated with contemporary art. Offices are very spacious and light. When I visited it was quite full - they had a few corner offices available with great light and views. Overall this is a very professional office space, ideal for hedge fund, financial companies.

Great location opposite Green Park and The Ritz. There is the option to design your own office space here which is a great benefit, also they have a fantastic concierge service that helps to get you into the best restaurants that have long waiting lists and access to sold-out events, which is great for clients who entertain.
