Flexible space, high BREEAM rating
This is a very organised and well presented centre about 20minutes from Nottingham city centre, they have a good vibe and the reception staff are brilliant.
The space is very fresh and not too corporate, plus the aircon is a great feature! Very flexible terms available with good IT and telecoms packages, and all the other facilities are up to excellent standards such as meeting rooms, break-out areas, gym etc. There is over 40,000 sq ft of space in the building which can be rented from as little as one workstation and up. The building has a BREEAM rating of Excellent so it's designed to reduce carbon emissions, energy usage and running costs.
