This business centre is located on the east side of the Square. It is extremely well connected for public transport with Warren Street, Euston, Great Portland Street and Goodge Street underground stations (Victoria, Northern, Hammersmith & City, Circle, and Metropolitan lines) all within 5 minutes' walk. Mainline rail access is just as good, with Euston and King's Cross 5 and 15 minutes walk away respectively. Victoria, Waterloo and Paddington are less than 10 minutes away on the various underground lines. The area benefits from numerous bars, restaurants, cafes and shops all within walking distance. The square has a beautiful central garden, open to residents at lunchtimes. Office Impression

Great office, impressive from the outside and everything you need inside. Warm welcome at reception

Fitzroy Square

We have been operating from Fitzroy Square for the past 2 years and during that time we have had nothing but high quality support from the team here. This support is always delivered in a friendly and professional manner. Our visitors are always treated in the same manner and with a range of style and size of meeting rooms we have been able to accommodate all our requirements under the one roof. The premises are continually upgraded and renewed and any small issues are always handled in a speedy and responsive way by the staff who are particularly attentive and friendly. I have no hesitation in recommending Fitzroy Square as a high quality managed office service in central London.

Fitzroy Service

When PDMS looked to set up a UK operation two and a half years ago, our intention was to open an office that clients and staff would want to visit. I can say that without exception all of our clients have been impressed by the location, facilities and general helpfulness of everyone at Fitzroy Square which does make a very important and positive impression. From a personal point of view I have always been very impressed by the speedy and efficient response we have had to any request and I am particularly grateful for the support we have had in changing our accommodation to meet our changing requirements. Overall I and PDMS' other directors have been delighted by the quality of accommodation and level of support we have received at Fitzroy Square. We would unhesitatingly recommend the service to anyone looking for a high quality managed office service in a prime London location.

Comprehensive support

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the staff at Fitzroy Square for the gracious and comprehensive support provided to us during our tenancy. We looked at many options before moving here. The main reasons for taking this decision were that we could operate from day one, the process was simple and the offices were fully equipped and functional. We could then concentrate more on our business, than looking into running an office. Having previously used other serviced offices, the standard of service, facilities and decoration at Fitzroy Square was far superior than any of our previous services offices. The location and decor was a draw for our clients and staff alike. We would highly recommend their facilities to anyone wishing to lease a serviced office.

Very positive experience

We moved into Fitzroy Square in November 2008, using serviced offices for the first time. This experience has been a very positive one, as we have saved time and energy previously spent on issues relating to facilities/utilities/property etc - freeing us up to concentrate on delivering our services. The Fitzroy Square staff have always been extremely friendly and helpful, with any problems dealt with swiftly and courteously.

Fitzroy Square

We have been tenants at Fitzroy Square since 1st May 2009 and from the outset we have been very impressed with the excellent level of personal support that we have received in respect of our tenancy. The entire team at Fitzroy was instrumental, especially in ensuring that all our IT and communications were successfully installed and operational; in accommodating our workmen in respect of fitting out our office fixtures and generally making all necessary facilities available to us to ensure a smooth transition from our old location. Throughout our tenancy, all the team have been extremely accommodating and understanding of our needs, and have provided a superb standard of care and service to us. This matches the excellent facilities here in the building, which provides elegant and top quality accommodation, maintained to the highest standard. We have no hesitation in recommending Fitzroy Square to anyone considering serviced office accommodation in the W1 area.

Great location and views

The business centre is independently owned and offers a good personal service - many tenants have been there for a long time. The building itself is an attractive period conversion and is situated in Fitzroy Square which is a quiet, pleasant location and an easy walk from Euston.

This is a Grade II listed building with office space set over 5 floors. The business centre is independently owned and it has a quiet atmosphere, unbranded and fairly corporate. The price is very reasonable and the location is excellent, based on the east side of the Square just 5-10 minutes from Euston, and close to several tube stations (Warren Street, Great Portland Street, Goodge Street). The offices on the front of the building have great views across the Square.
