Piccadilly Gardens
Entrance not that noticable but well presented and stylish building once inside, very presentable for customers or suppliers. Offices toured were of solid construction (so good sound proofing) with some character and not just a typical 'box', but did lack amount of natural sunlight of other locations. Central location convenient for all types of public tranport, but no on site car parking.

Great offices!
The offices are fabulously decorated with modern furniture & interior whilst also keeping original features throughout. The location is perfect for any transport links whether it be tram, train, bus or car. It's very close to the main shopping high street and has a very friendly office team. The offices allow flexibility if you want to expand and grow and boasts some superb office amenities.

Review
We looked around many, many serviced offices in Manchester before choosing Piccadilly House. Our clients love our central location; they can arrive into Piccadilly station and be with us in a matter of minutes. It's also great for easy access to restaurants, networking and of course the shops!
The reception staff are very good with guests and with staff at Refresh PR too. In fact, whenever we've dealt with anyone at Anvic Developments they've been nothing but professional and helpful. The most notable aspect is that they make everything so easy, from dealing with post and sending a handyman over to hang pictures, to ensuring there's a constant stock of courtesy tea, coffee and milk in the kitchen.
The office block has office space to cater for all sized businesses and the top floor has recently been refurbished.
There are various meeting rooms available to hire by the hour - but beware of cancelling these without enough notice as you will be charged. Tea and coffee in meetings is charged as extra. Also be careful not to lose key fobs or keys - they are expensive to replace!
All in all, the facilities have enabled Refresh PR to grow and grow. It's definitely one to have a look at when considering a move.

Very smart and professional impression to clients and visitors. Flexible options for rental of a range of meeting rooms to suit requirements. Well placed in the heart of Manchester, allowing easy access by train/bus/tram and car.

Piccadilly
The office is in a perfect location for our company. It is near to both Manchester train stations and has car parking nearby; this makes it perfect for our customers. The building is modern looking, whilst retaining its original charm and features. Facilities are excellent and easily meet the demands of our business. The staffs are excellent, always helpful, reliable and accommodating - they are a joy to work with.
Best thing about this office: Professional and smart looking office, very helpful and friendly staff
Worst thing about this office: Nothing - best office I have been in, so no complaints.

Finishing touches are second to none
The interior quality and design of this centre has been refurbed to a fantastic spec. The style is very boutique, like a wine bar, and a lot of thought has gone into the design and the little extras which has put it to the top of my list in terms of interior.
I was pleasantly surprised! All of the offices have great lighting, and they have even put a lot of thought into how to light the interior offices using angles from natural light. Not one thing has been missed. The location is very central and easy to find, and it is above a bar which is great for lunch. Leigh is very proud of the centre and rightly so.
The highlights for me were the finishing touches which are second to none. They are the only offices I know of that have a hotel style bathroom with showers, and it has a Wi-Fi booth which gives reception a great feel. It's close to bars, restaurants, the train station and the metro.
