Visit
This space is good if you want quite a central location and the staff are great. However for me, the place is too dark, and I need the meeting facilities to be better. The offices themselves were a good size and they would accommodate any requests, but for me the fact it is run 'like a hotel' as they are linked to De Vere and Mal Maison, is not the image I want for visiting companies. I need a more corporate impact.

Great office space
Great office space, would be a great place to work but way out of our price range!

Perfect location
The location is perfect - on the fashionable King Street in the heart of the financial district. The main building reception area has the wow factor while the business centre reception has a much more personal feel. There is little in the way of branding and there is a small community feel within the building.
Fiona showed me around and she was great, I was introduced to the whole team and shown all the spacious rooms available plus they discussed their future plans for the space. It's a popular building but there was some availability when I visited, with different sizes of space ranging from 3 workstations to 30+.
