Professional and friendly
I have found moving the North Division of DWC to Imperial Court a very positive step in our growth plans. We are able to rely on a customer focused service from the on site Management Team who are able to quickly and professionally accommodate our needs from back office support, meetings rooms and changes to office space.
This high level of back office support added to the high specification of the office environment and IT infrastructure, reflect our core values of quality, professionalism, integrity, continuous improvement to ensure we meet our own standard of customer service and support.
We would happily recommend this location to other companies who are seeking a professional and friendly working environment.

Fantastic working environment
This centre provides excellent premises, extremely helpful staff and a fantastic working environment. As one of the first tenants following a total refurbishment of the building in 2009, I was impressed by the attention to detail and focus on environmentally friendly use of resources. They provide excellent facilities from meeting rooms to break out areas; from table football to showers. Ideally located within minutes from the motorway network and a 10 minute tram ride into the City, the offices are well placed to attract quality employees and impress business associates. Above all, as my business has grown, my needs for larger offices has always been catered for with the transition seamless and supportive. This centre really does compete with the best for serviced offices.

Great service
When POWER Engineers picked Greater Manchester as the location for our new UK office there was an overwhelming number of serviced office locations to choose from. After visiting many companies and office locations we chose this centre at Exchange Quay. The combination of clean, modern facilities, great location and competitive pricing made it very appealing. What really made the decision easy for us was the customer service. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and willing to go the extra mile to ensure their clients are well taken care of. The great service does not stop once the agreement is reached. The staff are continually looking for ways to increase the value they bring and the options and services they offer. We are very pleased with our decision to lease serviced office space here in Exchange Quay.

Superb
We are really pleased to have moved to these office in Exchange Quay. It is superbly located with great public transport connections and parking facilities, whilst its modern image gives a superb first impression and great working environment. We have no regrets and are looking forward to a long future at this location.
