Friendly and helpful
I have in the past used these offices in Milton Keynes for staff training and conferences. I have always found the staff extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms hired have always been clean and decorated to a high standard. We have had no issues with I.T, both rooms come with fast wifi and large plasma screens ideal for presentation and conferences. We shall continue to use your services, as at present there is no one else parallel to the services you offer.

Excellent working environment
Wood group Surface Pumps moved in here mid January 2010, and took 3 offices on the first floor. Since that time we have found the building to be an excellent working environment and the facilities offered are very good. The offices are air conditioned, and each has its own individual temperature control and even an opening window if you prefer fresh air!
We have been able to integrate Wood Group's global IT system into our offices by linking to ECC's servers without difficulty and with minimum down time, and whilst we have seldom had occasion to use the conference room facilities available, we did find these to be of a high standard.
The office location in Milton Keynes is very convenient, being within a short walking distance from both the station and the shopping centre, making commuting by train and a quick lunchtime or after work shop very easy.

Delighted
Having completed our first years business we are delighted that we selected Gloucester House. The reception area, conference facilities and the professionalism of all the staff have been commented upon by many of our visitors. Our 1 day seminars have all run smoothly from the welcome visitors receive as they enter the door through to the refreshments and lunches.
Our calls being covered while we are on client visits is a real plus point, an extra member of staff at no extra cost.
Being a small team the vibrant break out area helps keep us focussed and positive sharing ideas with other similar sized companies.

Fantastic
We have been here for more than 18 months now, and our stay has been fantastic. We have experienced other serviced offices therefore we can easily say that this one is the most professional and has all the facilities needed to run a business effectively and efficiently. Staff are really friendly, always there to help and that too with a smile on their faces. Will gladly recommend their services to everyone!

This business centre is not only a very professionally run premises, but the staff are also extremely helpful in making daily business not only run smooth but also pleasurably. I would have no hesitation in recommending Gloucester house as a professional and friendly place to work.

It's always the last place you look...
... but once you have looked at facility you will not want or need to look anywhere else. i didn't want to leave! At last a managed office that has transparent pricing and charges by the SqFt! the price is suprisingly competitive for the standard set by the staff here.
Best thing about this office: The staff, the facility and location are all fantastic... welcome home!
Worst thing about this office: I cant raise the funds to move in today.

Gloucester House is head and shoulders above other serviced offices we looked at
When our previous landlords served us notice to vacate we needed to find something comparable in Central Milton Keynes and quick!
We came across Gloucester House after we had spent a week looking at numerous other office solutions in and around the area. From the moment we walked in and found a welcome board displaying our company details and saw the impressive Atrium we were sold!
The centre offers everything you could ask for including a free chauffeur driven limousine to collect your clients from the rail or bus station if required!
the offices are fitted with quality furnishings and individually programmable hot/ cold climate control.
Without disclosing the deal we agreed upon suffice to say they adopted a realistic approach to negotiations and we signed a 12 montbh lease agreement at a price which was less than you might expect for such a high quality set up. In summary if you want the best serviced offices in CMK then look no further!
Best thing about this office: Location, quality of furnishings and the efficiency and friendliness of the centre mangement team

Fantastic centre, great staff
Fantastic place, the quality and attention to detail is superb. They offer a chauffeur service for clients, free use of the boardroom, 24/7 access, and even free use of their Segways.
The reception area is gorgeous. The centre opened in August 2008 with ground floor space, now they have another two floors. The top floor was completed one month before my visit and was already half full. Both receptionists were very friendly and welcoming and the Centre Manager is a diamond - even though she had only been there for a few weeks when I visited.
