They have loads of industrial space so can accommodate all types of business, also a stand-alone building of 2,000 sq ft which they are doing up. It stands on the site of the industrial units with its own parking and 14 offices inside, very nice and light and would be ideal for a business who want their own stand-alone premises.
Around 20,000 sq ft of space at this site and 40 offices. Very good approach and car parking in front of Reception. Drinks machine and coke machine in reception - it's large and bright and very modern looking. They have coloured plaques on the wall with the words of the Beetles songs etc, all down the hallway and in their own office off Reception. There is also 52,000 sq ft of industrial space and Studios which is over the main road from their offices.
