First Review
This Office building is very modern and has good facilities. Parking is available - on a first come first serve basis, and new parking arrangements are being looked at.
It has good security within the building and on site. We liked having a reception on entry for security and to help with daily post and delivery items.
The lift in the building helps if stairs are an issue and there are kitchens available on each level quite adequate for use for everone to use. there is a large room which is available to use for board meetings, power points presentations, etc.
On the lower ground next to the meeting/board room there is a storage room should any person need storage solutions. some of the offices can be adapted to the individual needs of the customer- this we were very pleased about because looking after the customer is always a positive-we base ourselves as customerswho must come first!
The owners of the building we viewed were extremely helpful and professional and answered our questions and tried to help with any minor queries we might have. they really pushed the boat out to us when showing us around! We were delighted with our office guide with the instant details we received from them and how quick they responded to our requirements. This first viewing is indeed very good.

Very impressive
Siskin Drive is about a 10 minute car journey south of Coventry city centre, in a light industrial area called Baginton. Although it's based on a trading estate you still get a rural feel with the surrounding countryside. It's a very impressive building with great curb appeal. Large black gates surrounding their on-site car park gives it a very professional feel. They have invested effort into a very welcoming reception area and the on-site receptionist was friendly and professional.
It's fully DDI compliant with great spacious office suites, good security with key fob swipers to open the doors, 24 hour access, and even a small area on-site for storage. There is a bistro cafe and also a gym and showers for the fitness fanatics. Parking on-site is offered and they offer amazing flexibility to tenants.
