The office space is just enough for 1 person, has got all the usual facilities you may expect, it is clean and tidy. I did not find a parking space at 10:30 on Monday morning. The building is also secured by an alarm system and it has got 24 hours access.

My thoughts
Whilst the location had much to offer my business I am doubtful whether the position of the office viewed would work for me. I may be tempted to take a 'punt' at it if the price was more appealing but at the price p/week they want, for what it is I am not convinced.
