Generally excellent
We were looking for a small office to start up a new UK branch and toured various options around the City. Lloyd's Avenue has a really modern look inside contrasting, but working well with the traditional exterior, many breakout areas/meeting rooms, a roof terrace (can't wait for summer!) and importantly, very friendly staff, who are always willing to help. On the down side, internet is slow, and sometimes there are minor niggly maintenance issues (coffee machine, water, taps), but overall we are very happy here and would definitely recommend it.
Best thing about this office: Friendly staff
Worst thing about this office: Slow internet connection (although everywhere else has the same speed too apparently)

Very nice
The building is very well thought out and finished to a very high standard. The open space is convenient and nicely designed. The office space itself, was practical yet pleasant.
Best thing about this office: A nice environment nicely decorated, a pleasant space. I like the phone package option.
Worst thing about this office: The location, for our purposes is not ideal.

3 Lloyds Ave
Great facilities and good fringe city location. Building fit out has been very well thought out, providing some novel additional facilities not often seen (LCD TV and Wii in the breakout area and very cool roof terrace)
Best thing about this office: Modern fit out
Worst thing about this office: Possibly will be too flashy for a business with underlying charitable aims

Lloyds Avenue Comments
Since I’ve moved into Lloyd’s Avenue myself and my colleagues have been very happy with the services that have been provided. The girls on reception are always happy to help with any of my administration duties which is very helpful when I am busy and don’t have time to do it myself. Likewise, I'm very happy with their ability to deal with incoming calls in a professional & efficient manner. The building is stunning and all my clients are very impressed when they see the reception and the communal areas. The meeting rooms are very impressive and include everything you may need for formal meetings and there are many spacious break out areas for informal meetings. When we needed to expand they were very flexible with alterations to our room and providing us with more rooms and extra desks. Overall we are glad with our decision to move into this building and couldn’t imagine working anywhere else.

Decided To Stay
We took an office at Lloyds Avenue as a temporary office whilst we were searching for permenant/leased space, Essentially we have voted with our feet and called off a search for more permanent premises and taken a longer licence with these guys because we like it so much. The building and the communal space is very impressive and always impresses our guests when they visit. The service is very good, helpful, attentive service. Glad we decided to stay....

Thank you
Choosing this centre was the best option for our company to open its new London office. The centre offers flexible contracts and offices adapted to your needs. The premises have amazing facilities: from meeting rooms to lounge areas, nothing is missing and the design of the building is very sleek and modern. Also, the staff is very professional and is always happy to help. It may not help your business but the lovely and smily receptionists make your working days more pleasant from the moment you pass the entry door. Thank you!

Love it!
Recently refurbished to a high level with fantastic break-out areas allowing time away from the office space for informal meetings and relaxing in the communal areas such as Roof Terrace and TV room . Has all the latest IT & Telecoms supported by professional staff who respond quickly to any ad-hoc requests. Receptionists are highly trained and provide a great range of services, acting as Company Receptionist taking your calls, handling mail & faxes and anything else thrown at them. The staff are friendly, lively and always happy to answer any queries or requests. We would be lost without them!
Best thing about this office: Communal Space

Cool Space
Saw this space this week. Loved the breakout areas, roof terrace, meeting facilities. Feels more like Apple's Palo Alto office than a shared facility. And much, much nicer than the grotty converted boxes we've seen elsewhere.
Best thing about this office: Cool Shoreditch feel but in the City.
Worst thing about this office: Not ready till later in Feb!

Very good vibe and cool surroundings
Amazing fit out here - bowler hats as lamp shades, quirky, cool, modern, contemporary, innovative, trendy offices!! This is like a Soho media style office but in the City. Perfect for recruitment companies, land companies, IT companies and consultancies.
Very bright, light & cool reception area. The 5th floor is self contained with 2 offices - one is a 30-35 man office and the other is a 7man (could be a dedicated meeting room), with kitchen, and then the Roof Terrace. When I visited they were planning to chop up some of their bigger offices and making some smaller 1’s and 2’s - so it would provide everything from that upto 35 man spaces.
Roof terrace is free of charge and can be hired out if needs be. They had Pimms out there for all the clients when I visited - VERY good vibe and really cool surroundings. The Centre staff are all hip girls, not in suits - more in funky and relaxed clothing (one girl had on gold glitter pumps!) Some clients were wearing jeans.
Break out areas - the amount of space which clients can use free of charge is unbelievable. On the lower ground they have a room free of charge which would be perfect for presentations etc. They also have a 'snug room' which you can hire for just 15 mins and have a beer with a client in there. The location isn’t right on top of a tube although its not too far from Aldgate.
officebroker.com Consultant Rebecca-Jane Strawford has also visited this building. she said:
This is a recently converted building with an ultra modern feel. It's finished to a high standard, there are great break-out areas on each floor and a roof terrace. A real top notch finish - from Smeg fridges to Nintendo Wii's in the break-out lounge and expensive coffee machines. May not be ideal for more conservative clients. A modern space with friendly on-site staff who focus on customer care.
