Austin Friars
As the MD of a small, but dynamic and rapidly growing data management company, I was looking for new office space, which allowed for growth, was convenient for liverpool st/ bank stations as well as offering an excellent working environment for everyone. I am delighted to have secured, with the help of OfficeBroker.com and Becci-Jane Strawford, our new office space within 27 Austin Friars, which offers a relaxed, friendly and professional environment in which to conduct our business.
Great meeting rooms for client training, board rooms for client meetings, friendly , and attentive facilites staff, onsite Cafe/Bar which offers reasonable priced sandwiches/ coffee etc. The location of the office is right in the centre of the square mile, surrounded by an abundant shops and restaurants and 5 mins from Bank/ Liverpool st. Not sure there are many spaces that can compete on m2 price whilst offering a central location and great office space.
Richard Quigley, MD, DataGenicBest thing about this office: Modern, professional and pleasant environment with added bonus of cafe/bar.
Worst thing about this office: Lights go when you're sitting at your desk if there's no movement!

Period building from the outside, with a small quirky reception, all tiled. Large arched windows in most of the offices, period style so there is lots of natural light. It's a little dated in places but overall very good value for money.
There are large units available, ranging from 12 to 80 workstations. One 17-man space on the ground floor has its own self-contained kitchen, toilets, and break out area. It's right by the mail sorting office so they can collect daily, it has a dedicated meeting room and an on-site café/bar within the space.
Good natural light throughout.
