Within its first Serviced Office Review, covering activity throughout the UK in 2009, officebroker.com reveals the extent to which serviced office space has benefited from the economic downturn, the impact of recession on the industry and the changing attitudes of the thousands of businesses utilizing it.
This national report, which will become an annual release from officebroker.com, will be supported by a series of regular quarterly reviews detailing regional activity in the serviced office industry throughout the UK. These quarterly reviews will include; Central London, Greater London, East Midlands, Eastern England, North East, North West, South East, South West, Scotland, West Midlands and Yorkshire & Humberside.
The national review is available to download from the officebroker.com website (www.officebroker.com) now, with regional data becoming available from Monday 15th February 2010.
