Excellent location in the business district
The property is situated right in the core of the business district; it's a tall landmark building which offers mainly large conventional space however two floors are on offer as smaller serviced offices.
For such a great location with onsite parking, the business centre is on the market at a great price which makes it a strong choice in Liverpool at the moment. It has an excellent location in the business district near to Moorfields Train Station which is a definite plus, and also offers on-site city centre parking.
