Very impressive space
The building is striking both from the outside and inside. Traditional English architecture - one can tell the building has got history. Big spacious rooms and high ceilings, beautiful detailing along the staircase and stunning cornicing. Cleopatra the manager was most pleasant and efficient. All very good.

Prestigious space
Stunning period building in Grosvenor Crescent, would typically suit high-end client-facing businesses and those in the financial sectors. Very high standard of space with a grand entrance area and original features throughout such as wooden panels, high ceilings and large windows. It has a unique style that's quite different to the buildings I have seen in the area, very prestigious with modern facilities but still retains a traditional 'oldy worldy' charm. The centre has different grades of space to accomodate different budgets.
This is a great area for entertaining clients or visitors - you've got loads of great bars, cafes and restaurants nearby and it's in a great location literally a minute or two from Hyde Park Corner tube and also close to Victoria train station.
