The location is prime, just a stone's throw from all the shops and close to Liverpool Central train station.
This was one of the first serviced providers in Liverpool and the building has been listed with officebroker.com since day one - Lindsay has been working with us for years. It's the only serviced building in the city that offers a roof top garden which saves the image of smokers standing outside the main door. It's a popular centre and their customer service is among the best in Liverpool, the receptionists and the whole team are great.
