Excellent Value and Service
The centre is ideally located for our business, has excellent facilities teamed with friendly approachable staff at the centre who are on hand daily to assist with any business requirements.
The flexibility and options available to businesses to expand are favourable and the centre have been able to accommodate all of our requirements, with the use of meetings room when required at very reasonable rates.
Overall the facilities and location of the Centre teamed with pleasant and friendly staff make the Centre an ideal place to establish or relocate a business.

First class offices and great location
The Hive@Mansfield, an outreach programme from Nottingham Trent University, has been based in the Mansfield i-Centre since October 2005 and I can thoroughly recommend the centre as a base for a business.
We run a business proof of concept programme that attracts participants from across North Derbyshire & North Nottinghamshire. Ease of access is an important feature of the location. It is conveniently located with easy access for staff and clients from Sheffield, Chesterfield, Nottingham, Derby, Newark, Worksop, Retford, the M1, A1, and has good rail & bus links and easy access to both East Midlands & Doncaster airports.
The Centre has first class offices with plenty of free parking, a good café, meeting rooms, broadband and on-site nursery facilities.
Finally and really importantly, the management and administration services are efficient, friendly and helpful. What more could you want?

Great support through difficult times
Updatum started trading in 2004 and set up its office in the Mansfield I-Centre. Throughout the years, the staff at the I-Centre have been really helpful with the development of the business by helping coach and direct the business through some difficult times.
They have helped the business cope with increasing competition and a number of changes in our senior team. As a result Updatum remains one of the leading suppliers of media monitoring tools in the UK.
With good catering facilities to hand, the I-Centre makes it an ideal place to host training meetings, which has been imperative to our business. The location of the I-Centre also makes it ideal for our customers to reach us either by road or rail.
Overall Mansfield I-Centre provides good quality serviced office space.

Great flexibility and value
We moved into the i-centre around 18 months ago and would recommend the offices to any company. The efficiency and friendliness of the staff is great, and nothing is ever a problem. The cost of the rent and additional facilities are also excellent value for money with great flexibility. The monthly contract ensures no risks associated with long term leases.

Offices for business growth
9 Knots has been based at the i-centre since 2006, and we have grown our staff numbers from four to fourteen and seen our turnover and profitability increase accordingly. At each stage in our growth we have been able to move into successively larger office units within the i-centre, and this is always handled with the minimum of disruption to communications and day to day working.
We appreciate the great facilities, including reception services, mail handling, good parking and an on-site restaurant, and we have also had the benefit of the i-centre team instigating several introductions to outside agencies to help with our business growth. On top of that, the i-centre staff are a nice set of people who are always willing to help.
Our customers are always impressed by the facilities at the i-centre, and how easy it is to get to us from all over the UK and abroad. We look forward to more success and continuing to work here for some time to come.

Superb service and support
We have been residents of the i-Centre in Mansfield for the past 8 years. During that time we have been extremely impressed with the quality of service and support that we have received.
The frontline staff provide an extremely efficient and professional service and the image they project to our clients and visitors helps us also to project a professional image to the outside world.
We are currently working with one of the Business Coaches provided by the Centre, who is taking us through a re-modelling exercise, helping us to develop and grow our business.
This type of help and support is valuable to us as a small business.

Great first impressions
We have been here just over a year and never had any problems. The staff are friendly and very helpful, and the building is always clean and well presented. We find it gives a great first impression when customers visit and gives our business a very professional look.

The ideal professional business centre
Purpose Media (UK) Ltd have been a tenant at the Mansfield i-Centre for just over 3 years. We initially entered the Mansfield i-Centre as a new start up and over the 3 years we have progressed into an establish business with an ever growing team. The i-centre has allowed us to move around within the centre to different sized rooms to suit our requirements and budget along the way.
The Mansfield i-centre also gives us the ideal professional look and feel with meeting rooms and conference facilities to meet our every requirement. Not only does the i-centre look the part as a business premises, it’s also in a great position just outside of Mansfield and very close to the A38 & M1 for ease of access, not to mention the ample free parking.
The three ladies who also run the Mansfield i-centre on a daily basis Liz, Sarah and Anita do an excellent job keeping the centre ticking along and always look after our visitors when they arrive at reception. First impressions are important to any business and they always make our guest feel welcome and informed.
Personally, we would recommend the i-centre to any new business start up or established business looking for a fully managed office facility.
