Flexible space
An old converted silk factory with loads of quirky and period features, located just outside the town centre, close to the A60.
They have around 70,000 sq ft of space across different floors and can provide office space requirements of up to 3000 sq ft in size, along with other types of space including a dance studio. Ashwan is really nice with great ambitions for the centre and the space is very reasonably priced. They offer a flexible approach towards businesses and can accommodate companies with various requirements.
