The Pavillion, a great managed office.
I went to view the Pavillion with low expectations, a google maps search revealed its location to be on the outskirts of Orchard Park, however its far away enough to look like its a safe area. The offices are a little tatty in places, old carpets and old paint let the look down a little but a quick conversation with Wendy - the charming woman who showed me round - revealed that there was no issues with me sprucing it up a bit. The offices are nicely sized, even the smallest office is enough for two people and the all-inclusive rent is an amazing deal. Will definitely be giving this complex a second thought when it comes to renting my office.
Best thing about this office: All inclusive rent - Only pay for phone and internet
Worst thing about this office: Slightly tatty but not enough to put me off.
