An iconic building makes a great office enviroment
The Beehive is the original Gatwick Airport building dating back to the 1950's. It is a listed building and has been thoughfully refurbished throughout, whilst still retaining many of the original features. The overall effect gives a relaxed yet business like feel. Although there is a high occupancy rate the communial areas never appear busy or crowded. The office we have rented on the 1st floor has plenty of natural light and all of the furniture included with the lease is of good quality. All offices have their own climate control systems and are quiet, despite the proximity to the airport itself. The kitchens, bathrooms and breakout areas are always clean and tidy. There are plently of parking spaces in the dedicated barrier controlled Beehive car park and access to and from the M23/A23 is quick and easy. The Orega customer service team are all very professional yet friendly and work hard to ensure that each clients individual needs are met before, during and cruically, after the move. We have only been here a few weeks, but thanks to a combination of the great pre-move planning by Orega, which enabled us to 'hit the ground running' on our first day here, couped with the unique office enviroment it already seems like we have been here for many months!

Quality environment
The centre is ideal for small businesses and has an environment that is associated to quality which is evident when our clients walk in to the Reception. The staff at the Beehive are always accommodating and informative regarding the business centre and its offers on hiring board rooms, supply of catering and the general meet and greet of our clients in the reception area is always with a smile. A happier, more accommodating team is hard to imagine
Becoming a client of Orega, and more especially The Beehive, has been by far the best business decision I have made this year. The eLan Group has made use of serviced office provisions within the London area for the last five years at a number of locations. Quite simply put, I have never experienced anywhere near the level of professionalism that it has been my pleasure to receive here. The whole ambiance of the building itself is tremendous and it is a great environment to work in. A happier, more accommodating team is hard to imagine, with even the smallest request never being a problem. The facilities, cleanliness and staffing put your competitors to shame! Keep it up!!! Feel at home
The offices are always tip top shape and the staff go out of their way to help and assist beyond the call of duty. We have only been here a short time but feel extremely at home and comfortable. Thanks to all the wonderful people at the Beehive.

Service is fantastic
I think the service is fantastic, all the staff are always more than happy to help. The building is always clean, the kitchen facilities are always well stocked and clean. We are more than happy with the service.

The staff stand out from the norm
All the staff at the Beehive are exceptionally accommodating, attending to our requests in a timely and efficient manner. Our business guests are warmly greeted, without exception, and many have passed favourable comments. Whilst I would have an expectancy for the above from any serviced office, the attitude, aptitude and general desire to do well make the staff here stand out from the norm.

Friendly and professional service
We would like to commend the team at the Beehive for this award. From the beginning they have offered us a friendly and professional service. Nothing is too much trouble and in many cases they have gone out of their way to help us. Communication is excellent and the standard of service is exemplary. It is a pleasure to work in these surroundings but there is no doubt it is the team here who make it so comfortable.

Moving here was the best decision we made this year
We moved from another centre to this one at Gatwick and this has given our company the contemporary and bright office environment we wanted for our staff to work in - Best decision we made this year. The customer service is excellent with a 'can do' attitude always with smiling faces – a pleasure to be here.
