I was given a tour of this centre in Borehamwood by Rose. The offices are bright and welcoming and i liked the open space cafe on the ground floor. We are detered by the fact that you cannot open a window. The aircon is general and cannot be adjusted without having a workman come to do so. The workspaces themselves are good. The furniture is modern, clean and very functional however price (per room, per person) is high compared with other offerings in this wide market. ANother additional expense is parking. When all is added up, the package is far from value for money when serviced offices are supposed to be a cheaper way to run an office. I found Rose to be extremely helpful and knowledgable.
