My initial call was to officebroker.com and we have ended up with an office we like (we moved in last week) and with a rental we can manage, so thank you for your assistance.
Best thing about this office: We have just moved in. Location good - close to train station and outlook interesting. Also the office we have rented is well located within the building.
Worst thing about this office: Can feel a little "rabbit warren" with corridors and other offices off

My thoughts
Regus seems to provide a comprehensive package for any company which needs to project a professional image.
Best thing about this office: Beautiful building, great location and a full support package for startup companies.
Worst thing about this office: Office space is limited on a small budget

Love the team
I have been a Regus customer in the past so was familiar with the general facilities and structure but was pleasantly surprised at how fantastic the team there was, especially Sharon. She was very friendly, focused on what I needed and seemed to understand me and my requirements very well. She made a great impression and working with people like her is a major consideration in my decision making process.
