This modern office block is very close to the town centre and local railway station. It has recently undergone an extensive refurbishment program, including many improvements such as the replacement of toilets on all floors, top floor windows, roofing work, new central heating boiler and emergency exit doors. The refurbishment included an extensive upgrade to the electrical system, complete redecoration and carpeting of the entire building. There are penthouse offices designed for one or two occupants, and these offices can be refurbished and equipped to meet your individual tastes and requirements. Tenants have 24 hour access to the building and their office. Reception is manned from 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Rental agreements include car parking to front and rear of the building, all business and water rates, all energy usage for heating, lighting, PCs etc. All offices are wired to accept telephones and broadband, and the provider of these services is left to the tenant. All common areas are cleaned daily, and offices cleaned weekly. Rubbish is removed daily and this centre has a recycling facility at no extra charge.
