Big space and natural light
The building is based on a riverside location and the area has a lot of development going on, due to the London Olympics in 2012. There has been some recent investment on the centre and a fair bit of work done on the space. The offices have big bay windows and loads of natural light, you get a lot more space for your dollar here. The flexibility of their IT and comms is another positive.
There aren't many amenities right outside the building but there are buses running every five minutes, also there is a new cafe on-site which is a plus point.
