Very very impressive space. Excellent location. Unfinished but easy to see that it will be a quality fit out.

At last!
The experience of viewing this building from start to finish was second to none! A very professional sales consultant met me at the ground floor and showed me around their space on the 4th floor whilst it was being built, which was amazing to see the high standard of fit out at such an early stage. The light and space provided for the offices are very generous and with all things considered, this is great value for money. I cant believe it has taken so long for a service office to open in this great part of London, a fitting addition to the area, maintaining the all round high standards

This building is spectacular!! It's a 5 minute walk from Paddington station, located in a new and developing business district. Lots of restaurants and bars and the centre is close to the canal. It's purpose built and when you walk in it's massive. All glass and chrome - it has a very American feel with minimal furniture and a small manned reception. It had a bit of a manic feel to the reception though with lots of people waiting to be seen and phones ringing. Got to the lifts and there was a cool touch pad that told you which lift to take.
The space is super cool with contemporary colours, paintings, nice expensive sofas and tables that light up. The reception on this level was friendly. Touring round the breakout areas and kitchens these were really trendy with very high class materials. The offices were typically modern with nice expensive furniture and big panoramic views of Paddington station. The office is constructed in a square around a large central hollow ‘tube’ where the glass elevators run, so you can see all the other floors and lots of people that creates a very busy looking environment. Awesome, no expense spared space in a great location. Very impressive.

This is a 5-star building in a fantastic location, with lots of amenities and transport options nearby. Due to the appeal of the building there are a number of large corporate clients within the space. The centre is very modern with a discounted gym, high-speed internet, and a very impressive finish throughout.
