Great offices, pricey
Can't beat facilities or location, but fully reflected in price.

Premium quality space
This is the dog's nuts! The centre has a large contemporary reception with nice reds and browns, modern furniture, cool modern art and slate floors. It felt classy and expensive but inviting.
Great location within a busy business area and lovely surroundings outside with fountains in the square. This is premium quality space close to rail connections (which is good because my feet were killing me by this point).

There is a big reception area and the staff are really friendly - they have a great team here. There is an advertising banner for office space on the side of the building but inside there is no branding, which is a plus point for clients. The break-out areas are excellent and the building has a great location on the High Street, with fantastic views.
