Hidden Gem.
I discovered Penhurst by chance when attending the building for a meeting. I was instantly impressed with the warm and efficient reception that greeted me on my arrival. The building itself is deceptively spacious light and open.... even the basement!. I hope they can accommodate me!.
Best thing about this office: High spec building, friendly yet professional atmosphere.

Reasonably priced rent, expensive meeting room hire, limited natural light
The office is well presented. Friendly staff greet you on arrival. The offices are neat, modern and clean and ideal for those looking for a 2-4 man unit. The individual units are a little on the small side and some of them - those on the lower ground floor - have no natural light at all. Meeting room facilities were good too but the meeting room hire price is ambitious!
