A Good Business Site
The first office I was shown wasn't particularly suited to me as a screen printer, as it was carpeted and had no plumbing and draining facilities. However the site manager was incredibly helpful and willing to make changes in order to provide a space that would be suited to my line of work. The second space I saw was absolutely perfect for me in terms of size and where plumbing/drainage were situated. The site seems to have a number of versatile workshop and office spaces, and if you're looking for something specific they can probably help you out. There's also a massive amount of parking, and although it wasn't too much of a bonus for me, if you use multiple company vehicles it could be a real boon.
Best thing about this office: Space, price, short-term license
Worst thing about this office: Large deposit
