This loading area, like all of the buildings on the park, can be reached via an access road which is 5 minutes drive away from the motorway A59. The Business Park is located in Holthausen not far from the Rhine. Holthausen plays a very important role for the Düsseldorf area because its second most important transhipment terminal of raw materials and finished goods is located here.
