Perth Office Space

The Western Australian city of Perth has a population of circa 1.6 million people and as such is the fourth largest city in the country. The majority of office space in Perth, Australia is located in the CBD (Central Business District) of the city which has its boundaries with Kings Park on the western end and the Swan River to the south and east with St Georges Terrace office space being the most prevalent. Located in the South West Division of Western Australia and situated in between the low coastal escarpment known as Darling Range and the Indian Ocean is Perth’s metropolitan area. The city was founded in 1829 as the political centre of the free-settler Swan River Colony following the establishment of the port settlement of Fremantle.
