Great price, good location and lots of light
We're spoiled for choice for office space in this area with a lot of mill conversions but many of these are vastly overpriced or have offices with no windows (!). My new office has two 7 foot windows and more than double the space offered for a similar price elsewhere. Unassuming, there's no fancy receptionist or modern art on the walls, but the offices are well positioned, bright and airy and the management eager to please. Easy to find, within a couple of miles of the M60 and with lots of parking on site. There are still places available in this block - a good time to secure a good spot at a good price. I'm not sure whether it counts but there's also a fantastic butty shop just around the corner.... ;-)
Best thing about this office: 7 foot windows, good space for an excellent price
Worst thing about this office: The building is very quiet as there are still lots of offices to fill - not a bad thing, but some life around the place would be nice
