Service is second to none
The service I receive from these two girls are second to none. They are friendly, professional and obviously thoroughly enjoy working in the centre. The team in Gateshead are always raising money for various charities. They have raised money on a number of occasions for Macmillan Cancer, Ross is doing the Great North Run this year for the Charlie Crowe appeal and Sam has previously done it for Cystic Fibrosis. The girls are also planning to 'wear it pink' on 29th October to raise funds for the Breast Cancer Campaign, and as always I am sure they will be roping the clients in too. The girls are always on hand if I ever need any help and always with a smile on their faces.

Very well run centre
DBH give an excellent and professional service. I am not always in the office but the girls always go out of the way to contact me if people have been trying to call me and always drop me an email to let me know I have post to be collected. The front reception staff always greet me and my visitors in a warm and friendly manner. The offices are very reasonably priced giving me and the company the ideal office space for my needs. If there is something needs fixed or a problem to be resolved it is taken care of by the centre staff with minimum fuss and always in a speedy manner. Overall this is a very well run centre with an excellent team.
Best thing about this office: Easy location, minimal traffic, good variety of different sized offices at a fair price. The centre is clean and well run.

Professional team
Our needs can change with little notice; the DBH team always do their best to assist us in any way they can. They respond very quickly and are always helpful, polite and professional.

Friendly greeting
When entering the building you are always greeted with a friendly, but profession "hello". The building is clean and well run by it's staff. The buiding could use some refurbishment and also needs a fire assembly point sign on green as per Health & Safety guidelines.
Best thing about this office: Very spacious rooms with lots of help at hand.

I have been a client of DBH for nearly 12 months. Access is easy at all times and housekeeping is of a high standard. I find I am not disturbed and can get on running my business without any major distractions by other clients on my floor. The DBH team are proactive in seeking out ways to improve the facilities on offer and are always open minded to any suggestions for improvements.

Centre team always go the extra mile
I have always found that the three ladies who are employed in this Business Centre work extremely hard to make sure we tenants are very well looked after. Anything that needs doing, gets done.
When we first moved here in November 2007 it was a nightmare. We were made lots of promises by the centre manager and her staff at the time, but they never delivered and it could be very frustrating. I am now pleased to say that the centre team are on the ball and always go the extra mile to get things done and always have a smile on their face whilst doing so.
We had an issue with our blinds a few weeks ago and Sam fixed them herself, overnight in her own time. This is typical of Sam and her team. Thanks to Sam and the team, new systems are now in place to make life much easier for tenants.
The staff actually take the time to go around asking each tenant if we have any problems, making sure they have regular contact with us and actively build good working relationships with us clients.
Best thing about this office: The centre staff – Samantha Elliott, Pamela Smith and Toni Capon.
Worst thing about this office: Lack of car parking. The 80 x free car parking spaces fill up fast, however there is additional dedicated car parking available for a low monthly fee.

Very happy
1. Cleaners – very good, very friendly
2. Reception – very friendly, helpful and well presented
3. Management – comments as above and is even willing to help out when not present i.e. evenings and weekends
4. Building – always clean with a positive atmosphere
5. Facilities – very good
6. Overall – very happy all over. I would happily recommend DBH to other companies.
Best thing about this office: The staff. From reception through to management the service/help is excellent. Nothing is too much trouble.
Worst thing about this office: Nothing really springs to mind. Maybe the colour scheme, it could do with a bit of an update.

Ticks all the right boxes
Prompt service with polite and professional staff. Building is easily accessible. This office is all that we needed and ticks all the right boxes.

Pro-active & always willing to help
As the company has expanded, DBH have been pro-active in finding suitable accommodation and always willing to help. We are kept updated with any relevant information relating to the centre, offers, and on site-support, which is invaluable.
Best thing about this office: Variety or room sizes and friendliness of staff and FREE car parking!
