Cuthbert House
We liked Cuthbert house very much. Very comfortable office spaces. Functional kitchen areas. The entrance around lunchtime was very busy with staff going in and out. The one receptionist was very busy taking calls. Nice to have a cafe/shop in the building. There were good car parking options and a bicycle rack, but this did not look secure and was not under cover - although we are expecting feedback on possible options.
Best thing about this office: Comfortable office space

costly for size and location
Friendly staff running office which is hard to get to on foot and by bike. seemed expensive for the size of accomodation

First impressions - the reception area is beautiful!
The location is great, the interior is modern and freshly decorated and the whole unbranded business centre is highly professional.
There are benefits on site like a café, broadband and car parking, and there are also options for flexible or bespoke office space for each tenant.
This building is just five minutes walk from the city centre and the train station and has incredible views over the famous quayside.
