Nice place to visit and we do like to work here
We relocated here in March 2011. We took over a larger space at very competitive rates. The move and set up was straight forward. This was helped by the IT and Security support being on site.
The accommodation suits our needs 100%. Morwick Hall has a character not found in many business parks. The new build elements complement the Hall - but we get to work in the Hall - and the stairs are good exercise.
The Centre Manageress is extremely helpful and all our queries have been dealt with efficiently.
All in all Morwick was a great find - and we try not to get too distracted watching the squirrels and pheasants outside!

Five Star Property
Being based at Prospect House is great for our business. A fantastic location in a great building, with a great Centre Manageress who looks after our every (not infrequent) request, no matter how strange. Great job, Prospect Estates.

A Daily Pleasure
We have been resident in Morwick Hall for the last year and have found the premises excellent for our needs. Prospect Estates we have found to be most attentive and the reception duties provided by Diana to be extremely efficient and helpful.
Working in such an historic building situated in its own grounds supports the work/life balance and it is a daily pleasure to view the exceptionally well maintained grounds.

Excellent Service & Facilities
Facilities are excellent always clean and maintanence always carried out quickly. The reception area is perfect as we have numerous clients coming to visit us. I must say the receptionist is always friendly and goes out of her way to help. Excellent all round.

Extremely accommodating
I have owned a Private Day Nursery at Mortec Park since April 2011. From the outset they have been very understanding about our need for an outdoor area and were extremely accommodating at adapting the internal and external space for our very specific requirements. They went out of their way to make a fully fenced garden, a path and zebra crossing solely for our children to enjoy.
Our parents are always very impressed by the beautiful and tranquil surroundings and like the convenient location on a main route into work. They particularly love the fact that the play rooms are light and airy and always warm. On a day to day basis, the Centre Manageress is very helpful and friendly and makes sure all our queries and needs are dealt with quickly and efficiently. I am currently in the process of moving to a bigger unit within the Business Park and the transition is being dealt with smoothly.

Office rental
After searching for some time we were delighted to find an office in Morwick Hall. The facilities are 1st class, a manned reception and a meeting room for hire have made this a great package for us. Highly recommended!

Modern and comfortable
I'm really pleased I found Mortec Park to base my Physiotherapy business in February 2011. Patients have been impressed with the facilities and I enjoy working in the modern and comfortable environment.
