Second to None
Oce have offices in both the Leeds and Nottingham icon Business Centre and i have had the pleasure to work from both on a regular basis. Oce have been situated in icon offices for almost four years now and it is a position in which we intend to remain form many more to come. The building itself is in an excellent location, close enough to be in Leeds City Centre within 20 mins but also situated away from the busy commuter routes and easily accessible from the M1. With a team of busy salespeople in both offices, the locations to motorways are a perfect match for Oce.
Over and above this is the second to none level of customer service in the centre. Rachel and the team consistently go over an above the call of duty - nothing is too much for them.
In summary, if an out of city location is what you are after then i would not hesitate to tell you that icon is the place for you.

Offers all we need
The staff here in the icon centre are great. Professional, courteous and helpful, they make it seem as though they are more than just centre employees, more an extended part of your business. When looking for serviced offices, Rachel and Anna listened to my needs, allowed me to speak to others about their experience in the centre (shows how confident they were!), and accommodated my requirements without fault. A convivial, relaxed environment that offers all we need as a business and shows a strong, professional image to our clients, with facilities to suit (and Mike’s Lattes are great too) – 5/5!

Head Resourcing - Review
I would rate the Icon Business Centre 5/5. Before deciding on an office we viewed many buildings in and out of the city centre. Icon Business Centre stood out for many reasons as did Rachel and Anna who we met when we were viewing the property. I find that the office environment and surroundings are extremely important to my and my team’s enjoyment of our jobs – on this front the Icon Business Centre stood out head and shoulders above some of the international organisations that run serviced offices in the area. The atrium in particular is something that many guests compliment when they visit me at the centre along with the cheery welcome they receive from Jay and Sophie on the front desk and Mike on the coffee stand. I look forward to growing our business in Yorkshire and am confident that with the flexible options available to me within the Icon Business Centre, this growth will be easily achieved without having to move to another location.

Orangewheels Review
We at Orangewheels have held our office within the Icon Business Centre for 9 months now. We have been made to feel not only part of the furniture by the staff and fellow businesses but also we have been made to feel that we are a special business in our own right. This I know is the view of other businesses within the building. The facilities allow us to be flexible, using the POD and atrium for more informal meetings, as well as the immaculate meeting rooms on the lower west wing for a more formal environment. Internet access is always swift, and any issues (which are normal with IT) are always sorted within minutes. The Atrium Wi-Fi access has also been a recent addition, and has also proved to very useful. As for the staff, what can I say... Polite, professional, happy, well dressed and generally one of the main reasons why we will be looking to extend our contract here for at least another year or so. Do I recommend Icon to any new businesses, of course I do, all I will say is don't come too quickly or the popularity of the centre may push up my rates!!!

Business Centre
Having a nice building is one thing, but the warm reception I received from Anna Bage and Jay (the receptionist) was second to none. They were very professional and the information provided by Anna was the most transparent bit of information that I have come across so far. Well done ladies.
Best thing about this office: The ventilation, the view, and the sunlight
Worst thing about this office: Expensive
N.B. This client was looking for a 1-person office, however the Business Centre does not have offices this small and he was shown both 2 & 3 person offices at discounted rates. This may therefore account for why he felt the space he needed seemed expensive.

Good transport links
This is a great alternative to central Leeds. Located just off the M1 on the eastern edge of the city, the centre offers good links to other locations as well as easy access to eg. Harrogate, Wetherby and Wakefield.
They have excellent green credentials and a recognised BREEAM rating. The building has a big open reception and offers plenty of space - they are now offering bespoke space and will build to specification for clients. Rae and the team are friendly and efficient; the break-out areas are excellent and there is free parking on site.
