    There cannot be a better value-for-money office services facility anywhere else in the market place.

    Oxford Evidentia is a research and consultancy company that provides high quality evidence on effective interventions for policy makers and social care practitioners worldwide. We have used the services of the Clarendon Business Centre at Prama House, Oxford for the past three years. The offices are beautifully appointed, the staff are friendly and efficient, and the overall service is excellent. There cannot be a better value-for-money office services facility anywhere else in the market place. We are happy to recommend the Clarendon Business Services to anyone, especially small and medium size businesses, and start-ups.

    Come December I will have been here for 5 years!!

    I can't believe it, but come December I will have been in Prama House for 5 years. The set up is still as impressive as the day that I walked in, and I am permanently reminded of this by the comments of the vast majority of visitors who come to my office. Candy and her team continue to excel and over deliver on my expectations!

    Extremely professional client service

    Being a tenant of Clarendon Enterprises Centre does not only ensure you have a great office but that you benefit from the extremely professional client service the team offer. Our phones are always answered efficiently and our visitors dealt with politely. We have been both virtual tenants and ‘live in’ tenants and found the service we received was always to the same high standard. We regularly use the meeting room and board room and always find them helpful, accommodating and able to deal with our needs. For me on a more personal note when I walk into the offices I am made to feel welcome and regard the team as a key part of our company. I love what I do for many reasons and where I work and the Clarendon Team are a definite part of that. Having worked from home, which on the surface may seem to make financial sense, the distractions and isolation mean that you are nowhere near as productive as when you feel professional and focussed in the right office. If you are thinking of a new office I could not recommend Clarendon highly enough.

    The service is excellent

    I decided to take an office at Prama House in 2008 and I can truly say that it has been one of the best business decisions I’ve made. My business concerns the sale of property in France and I’m often away from the office. In the past, this has meant missed calls or perhaps urgent messages left on an answering machine to be dealt with days later. Now, however, during my absences, the enthusiastic and efficient staff at Prama House take all of my calls, patch through to me those that are urgent and email me the details of the remainder. It’s like having a well-trained and dedicated back-up staff but without any of the HR hassle. The service is excellent and the cost represents very good value - and, for someone who hates admin, I really appreciate having just one monthly bill to pay for all of my office services.

    Having an office at Prama House should not be viewed as a cost, but as a shrewd investment that will help you generate more business.

    We have been based in Prama House for over three years and the Clarendon Team have been magnificent - always providing us with the highest quality of support. It is a pleasure to come to work as not only can we be assured of a friendly welcome but we also know that all our calls and visitors will be professionally looked after by the team. Additionally, four of our current clients first found out about our Email Newsletter service because we are Clarendon residents based in Prama House!     Clarendon Business Centre - Prama House

    Just over four years ago, at the very beginning of Think Locally, I started using Clarendon Business Centre in Summertown, Oxford as my virtual office. I found the service and team to be friendly, efficient and very professional and as such it really helped to support me as the business started to grow. Less than a year later I made the step up to becoming an in-house client and to be honest I haven't looked back since. The company has now grown - and so has the size of our office - and I know that the flexibility and support offered by Clarendon has helped us achieve this more easily. We have never been let me down and the service is always impeccable - in fact I would go so far as to say it is exactly what a growing (and established) business needs to stay focused on the things that are really important.
