Fantastic New Office!
It is only in March and already Spa Journey has launched a new brochure, website, programme of training workshops and moved into a fantastic new office. 2012 is certainly shaping up to be a busy year and I am really excited about the opportunities that are open to us as our brand develops. I am confident that our move to Langstone will help us realise more of our potential and allow us to grow at our own pace.

Very Impressed
In our business, experience and reputation are very important; and we wanted an office space that reflected this. I had always been impressed with the facilities and services at Langstone Technology Park, so it was my first choice. The move was seamless and we are all systems go – with a Starbucks in hand!

Support and community

Support and flexibility
Our business has very much felt the effects of the recession, however with the support of Fasset and the flexibility offered by the business suites, we are now growing from strength to strength. Over the last 12 months, we have maintained relationships with both our UK and international clients, and have been short-listed for two of this year's IVCA awards.

Langstone review
We have chosen the Langstone Technology Park for many reasons. After 18 months of searching for the right property, Langstone stood out as the facilities that they can provide made them ideal for us as it had the right access to power and fibre and enough space for the electrical and cooling plant. Langstone made us very welcome and have worked closely with us as we developed proof of concept technical designs. They have made some changes to the building that means the location is a perfect fit.
As a fast growing player in the hosting industry, we needed a large data centre that suits our needs. The location is close to our headquarters in Southampton, there is plenty of room to fit our POD design and having the data centre so close to the water will lower cooling costs, which will reduce our overall carbon footprint.

Thoroughly recommended
Bluestone Construction and Design Ltd have had offices at Langstone Technology Park for over three years and I would thoroughly recommend any small business to move here. The facilities are excellent and the site has a friendly community feel to it. Fasset are flexible and helpful landlords, we always feel looked after and valued.

Excellent value for money and recommended!
The serviced office space in the LTP business suites is exactly what I was looking for. I am part of an international virtual team working entirely online but I personally needed a professional office away from home, to improve productivity. The quick and easy set up, great assistance from Fasset at the time of moving in, professional IT support, fast internet connection, and quiet working environment are all major reasons why I can say this is a perfect solution.
Thanks to the many larger companies occupying areas of the building, a side benefit of moving in here has been that I get the professional business image and good office security that would be impossible to obtain for comparable monthly rent in less prestigious developments.
All in all, excellent value for money and recommended!

Wholeheartedly recommended
I run a small company Mindsheet Limited, based at Langstone Technology Park, that provides breakthrough innovation services for large technology corporations.
Fasset have been a great landlord, they are flexible and sensitive to our requirements. We extensively use all the facilities that include the conference rooms, lecture theatre and restaurant to host our clients and project the image of a much larger company than we really are. I believe that our presence at Langstone has been instrumental in winning some of our largest contracts.
I wholeheartedly recommend Langstone Technology Park to any start-ups or small companies that want to make a good impression with their clients.

Office
I am treated very well by all staff who make it easier for me coming to work. The building is always clean and tidy with someone on hand to help for any problem who may have.The managment team work hard to keep the enviromental issues up to a high standard on which you would expect. I for one must give praise to an individual member of the fasset team (EMMA WARD)sales & marketing as she makes that EFFORT to supplying you with all the requirements you ask for.
