By far the best
I have been a resident coming on for three years now. In all of the office environments I have worked in, the atmosphere here has been by far the best. There is a fabulous inclusive community not only amongst the residents but also the management. I am not just a tenant here, I am a small business wishing to grow and that is honoured and supported. The lay-out and style is quite casual and relaxed but at the same time, I feel really safe here. We have always had such thorough security protocol and the staff are professional, friendly and considerate. The tenants are all very supportive of one another and I have made not only great business contacts but great friends. This centre has been and will continue to be the best choice for my business.

Brilliant
Working here is brilliant. The consistently friendly and helpful culture of the staff sets the tone for all the tenants and there is a great diversity of organsiations here. Our spaces have good natural lighting, there are safe places to park bicycles and cars and the communal areas and meeting rooms are just right - what more could you ask?

Where businesses grow and ideas flow...
...that's their strapline and essentially that's exactly how it is! The Centre has allowed us to expand and has also been ready to offer us flexible terms during challenging times. We moved here five years ago from Central London and can say with certainty that the people here really do care about their tenants. They nurture you and work with you to raise the profile of your business. You feel like you're a part of an exciting community; a business community that taps into one another's resources and meets regularly for the benefit of growth, all initiated and encouraged by the team.
We're happy here being part of the Busworks community. We feel lucky to have found this place and do we think they deserve an award? Yes, you bet we do!

Our company has been based here since January. The office space works well for us, with an open area for meetings and communal environment we can interact on levels suitable for our business.

Highly recommended
I would highly recommend this centre to any fast growing company. The venue is fantastic and all our clients enjoy coming to the building because of its historical features. The service is first rate and the employees of the Busworks always go that extra mile.
If anyone is considering becoming a tenant call me and I will tell you how good it is. I feel that the Busworks is a hidden gem in London so don't tell too many people.

Best move we ever made
CarbonPlan Limited have been at the Busworks for nearly 2 years now and it's the best move we ever made. The flexible workspace arrangements have allowed us to grow organically from 5 staff to 15 without any worries on where we would put people or how it would work. The Busworks staff are always friendly and helpful and when we have needed access for IT installations or help and flexibility in moving offices they are always there. Having looked at what else is in the market we could not be in a better place.
