You walk up Temple Row, past Louis Vuitton, past a few nice Italian restaurants and fancy coffee shops, then you get to the building entrance. Prime area, location is faultless, as is the image of the building, it ties in well as a typical Temple Row building. I thought the reception was a bit tight and characterless. That said the rooms are spacious, airy and light. It's certainly quite laid-back and less corporate, the clients in the centre also reflect this image (casual attire).

The centre offers cost effective space - perfect for small businesses or start-ups on a tight budget. In terms of location it has good public transport links and has an ideal placement next to the law court, so would be great for legal or accounting practices. The space is available on very flexible terms and offers a very good cost effective option, especially considering its great city centre address.
