Funky and fashionable
Compared to the office buildings I saw on Victoria Square, this one is much funkier and fashionable as opposed to the traditional corporate feel.
The office provider has two floors in the building (2nd and 3rd), when I visited the majority of the other floors were occupied by Yell and large solicitors. They have plenty of larger external offices looking over the canals at the rear of the building, which are larger than some of the competitors in the area and offered much more natural light. There's also plenty of parking for a lot cheaper than anywhere else in the city.

The centre is clean and contemporary - it had lots of daylight throughout and felt very modern in design and interior. Meeting rooms were spacious and of a high standard. It's in a great location and is within walking distance to another location operated by the same office provider, on Brindley Place.
