Huge centre, good quality facilities
Very iconic building, can't miss it. Located right on the A23 in South Croydon offering great public access - they run a shuttle bus every morning and evening to the Croydon lines.
The place is massive - they have over 65,000 sq ft of lettable space in different formats, starting with 2-man offices up to 1,000 sq ft of external offices, all of which is very reasonably priced for the area. The centre has just gone through a full refurbishment, the meeting room facilities are very good quality and there are over 300 free parking spaces for clients' use. They also have a restaurant and a shop in reception.
