Forsyth House

Having worked with Heather, Debra and their assistants since 2009 I have found them to be welcoming, friendly, efficient and professional.

Fabulous Offices !

This is our first move into office premises and we've been delighted with the facilities and the excellent service we've received.

From the first welcome we received from Heather and Debra when we toured the offices to the fabulous home baking (!) we've been very impressed with the care and dedication of the team here.

The location couldn't be better and the offices are kept to a consistently high standard throughout. We look forward to staying for a good while!!

Excellent Offices

The Scottish Parliament & Business Exchange has been based at Forsyth House since 2007. We have always found the staff and facilities here to be of the highest standard. In particular, the professional and helpful work of Heather and Debra has been enormously helpful in providing the support necessary to allow the SPBE to focus on its core operations.

Great service and facilities!!

Great location and service. Clean, good lighting and superb facilities. The Forsyth team are wonderful and a special mention must go to Debra, the conferencing co-ordinator who looked after us very well and nothing was to much trouble for her. The Centre is close to both the Haymarket and Waverley train stations, on the airport direct route and within easy reach of all bus routes which was beneficial for my guests. I would thoroughly recommend this Business Centre for all your conferencing requirements. I can't praise the staff or the facilities highly enough.

"Here's to the next decade!"

Having had my office in the Business Centre for over ten years, it is testament indeed to the location, facilities, standard of service provision and most importantly, the friendly, professional and efficient staff.

Centre Manager, Heather and senior staff member, Debra are extremely helpful and go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure my business needs are met. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Very importantly, there is a great atmosphere in the Centre and in these testing times it is good to still be able to have a laugh with the staff and fellow occupiers.

If you are looking for flexible and affordable office space in central Edinburgh, you need look no further. I can recommend this Business Centre to you. Here's to the next decade!

First Class

PPS has rented space here for nearly three years. We have found the facilities, location and the service to be superb throughout. The staff - Heather in particular, to be extremely helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. The office is located in a central location, has modern and well maintained facilities, but best of all are the staff. The PPS operation has grown substantially since moving to Forsyth House, and the help we have had from Heather and the team have played an important part in our success.

Excellent Location And Staff

The office is perfectly located for our business in the centre of Edinburgh. More importantly the reason for choosing Forsyth was the staff. Nothing is too much trouble and everything is handled so quickly and efficiently. They exude professionalism and create an excellent working environment and community. Highly recommended.

1st Class Services and Location, location, location

George St

Expanding my business to Edinburgh I assumed I would end up using my exisiting serviced office company's Edinburgh location. Still, thought I better check out the options. George St was the first of six serviced office buildings I toured in Edinburgh and it certainly set the standard. Needless to say no other compared that day, I returned to this centre that afternoon and I rented an office here with confidence.

Since that day, my confidence has been repaid many times over as the centre staff, in particular Heather and Debra, have been nothing short of first class. They could not be more helpful and regularly go above and beyond the call of duty to be honest. Finding the balance between being extremely warm and friendly whilst maintaining high levels of professionalism is easier said than done. Well its standard practice here.

On behalf of all within our company, I would like to take the opportunity to publicy thank Heather and Debra for running such a steady ship. I would highly recommend any company to use this centre.

First Class Location and Operation

Balmoral have rented space here since being formed in September 2006. The benefits are numerous and not only include the prime City centre location but also the smooth running of the building by a highly expereineced and motivated staff.

We have occupied a number of different rooms as our requirements have changed and the moves have always been smooth due to the assistance provided by Heather and Deborah. As a property company we are aware of the market and the terms for the office space have always proved very competitive.

SKO Family Law Specialists have rented office space here ever since we opened for business in November 2008. From the outset we have enjoyed the high standard of service provided by Heather and Debra. They are professional, genuinely friendly and always approachable.

Consistent high standards of service

I first rented office space in 2002 for my first company. We recieved excellent service in terms of facilities and reception throughout our years there. When we started Integral Occupational Health in 2009 there was no debate that for our Edinburgh location we chose the same location. Service standards remain high with continuous development of services and facilties.

Excellent services and resources

We have rented office space within this Business Centre for some years. Its location is excellent for clients and colleagues alike, situated as it is within the heart of the Capital. Both Heather and Debra are top class in looking after our every need here. They welcome clients to the Centre and are super dilligent in letting us know of their arrival and make them very comfortable. Heather is quick to respond to requests and is also innovative in introducing new attractions and facilities within the Centre. The best working environment

I have been renting an office in the Forsyth Business Centre Edinburgh since July 2010. I receive members of the top management from world class companies on a weekly basis throughout the year. When looking for a serviced office in Edinburgh, my most important criteria were professional reception, decent meeting rooms and good location. Since I moved in, the Business Centre has never failed my expectations. First impressions are paramount and my guests are always received with courtesy and ushered to the correct meeting room. The entrance and meetings rooms are always impeccably clean and organised. This is the best working environment I have had the pleasure of working in and I can recommend it.

Excellent location and very friendly atmosphere

We were looking for a serviced office near the city centre and found this office on George Street. The location is excellent as you can't be more central. It's the Personal Touch

In such a competitive market place it is difficult for serviced office operators to differentiate themselves from each other, given that they offer much the same services. Clearly, location of the property is key to a customer's needs and those with better communications and nodality within the city centre are going to be first choices.

This business centre definitely has these key factors, however, where it outshines the competition is the staff and notably the service they offer. They couldn't be more personal, accomodating and helpful. Heather and Debra run the centre as if they owned it themselves. They make a big effort to know you and your clients, run special offers, office events and create a community feeling which makes it very hard to consider ever leaving. Having visited every other serviced office in Edinburgh, I wouldn't rent anywhere else.

Best Business Centre in Edinburgh

This Business Centre, Edinburgh is located on the prime George Street within a high profile and attractive Georgian office building. The offices are well spec'd, newly refurbished and good sized offices with excellent views of Edinburgh Castle, North Edinburgh, Fife and beyond.

The centre is operated by two first class individuals whom take exceptional pride in the services the business centre provide. No request for assistance is too minor.

The rates are exceptionally competitive and offer flexibility to small and businesses alike which is critical given the difficulties businesses are currently facing.

I would not hesitate in recommending this Business Centre, Heather and Debra to anyone considering renting serviced office accommodation in Edinburgh.

Excellent shared office facilities in the city centre

I would highly recommend the office facilities at this business centre situated in central Edinburgh and a short walk to Waverley train station. I have desk facilities in a shared office which suits my requirements well. The facilities are modern and clean. The reception services run by both Heather and Debra are highly efficient. Business Centre makes Business Sense

When we looked at renting business space we toured a number of offices in the Centre of Edinburgh. We found the perfect space here on George Street. The facilities on offer surpassed any others we had seen but more importantly it was the friendliness and professionalism of the Centre staff that won the day.

We wouldn't hesitate recommending other companies to locate here.
