Office Space on the Second Floor
I liked the office space which is similar to the size I had in mind. I was not too sure about the parking space as it seems very cramped and limited at first glance.
I liked the option of having a separate meeting room for my board room meetings but there is no guarantee that I will get the room when I need it, particularly as there are other businesses in the building that may be using it.
I also liked the idea of having the office serviced daily and having access to teas and coffee as and when required, as well as use of basic office furniture.
