Quality of service
We based our start-up city-focused firm at Corn Hill because it offered us the most convenient location and affordable provision of a refined office space. In essence, what you get from this accomplished company exceeds expectations; its total wrap around care, available at your discretion, allowing you to focus on your own company's success.
The building and facilities are of a high standard, not to mention the impressive lounge area and business suites that help meet expectations of a client seeking a premier corporate experience.
However, what really makes this place stand apart is the quality of service. The group has obviously set itself demanding standards, investing significant amounts of time and money in training, quality control and those little service extras that make it such a pleasant place to work from.
Whilst my vote could so easily be bought by the complimentary fruit and croissants, what reassures me is that my staff are made to feel comfortable and happy at work, have access to an attentive support team and we are all benefiting from a flexible, high end work environment.

A Grade II listed building situated above Bank Tube station. This is the old Head Office of the Bank of England, it has a private members area and club lounge with waitress service available, a gym, secretarial support, video conferencing, and shower facilities with complimentary toiletries. The club lounge has a real 'wow' factor and a hotel feel.
The offices available can accommodate 2 - 12 workstations. The building is steeped in history and has an amazing domed meeting room that seats 24 people, which can be hired for events. The style of the property has been finished to a really high standard.
