One of the best decisions we have made
When starting our business, we looked at various managed workspace providers in the North East. Citibase appealed to us due to their central location, fantastic facilities and reasonable pricing.
In practice, locating ourselves to Citibase was one of the best decisions we have made. The staff are friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable – and always keen to help out where they can. The service offered by the Citibase means we spend less time worrying about the things that don't make us money and can concentrate on our services.
In short, we'd recommend Citibase to any SME looking for managed workspace in the heart of Newcastle upon Tyne.

Still can't fault the service!
Coming up for my second year now at Citibase Newcastle, and still can't fault the service.
Office space is roomy and versatile for most business types, and easily upgradable to larger rooms when your business decides the time is right to take the next step. The day to day services provided are both professional and robust, making it easy to concentrate on what you want to be doing, knowing full well that the day to day admin can be fulfilled adequately by the Citibase staff.
24hr access means exactly that - you can easily get into your offices if needed in the evening or weekends - essential in this day and age.
Churchill house has everything on your doorstep - centrally located, lots of parking, and easy for your clients to visit. All in all, you would have to go a long way to get this many ticks in the box for a serviced office environment.

Citibase Churchill House
Convienient for town/shops. The old interior was comfortable and welcoming. Still under redecoration. The arangements for renting were simple and straightforward. Kitchen facilities were adequate. Lack of bicycle storage, but were told of possible use of Dean Street car park.

Awesome
Professional warm greeting – passionate centre staff. Fantastic location, easy access. Building currently undergoing modernisation with a speedy finish date. Perfect for small to medium office businesses – with the option for a virtual office too. Once I viewed, I wanted to sign and move in on the same day! Would highly recommend
